Nice slim fit jacket
I have been looking for a winter jacket that's versatile and not puffy. It's not quite winter yet but I feel like this jacket will hold up well. As a commuter I want to make sure I'm warm but not taking up a lot of space. K would like to see this jacket in other neutral colors, like navy or dark brown.

I would totally not buy this product ever again
I wanted the same dry climate jacket. I got some years ago. This one is so pitiful. The Shell does not have a lining. The fleece is Penny white the hood does not come unattached there is not a left-hand side pocket with a zipper for certain items lady items. This is just the worst face item I have ever purchased and I recommend you don't do it if you have really cold weather it gets from zero to sometimes below zero the other one always suffice this one is not gonna even do the job so disappointed in North face don't buy it and also when it says go a size up oh yes, you most definitely should because I wore a medium women's and I had to buy a large and it still is not as big as the medium. I trashed the fleece. It came with and kept the old fleece from my other one.

Quality has really gone downhill

Bought the North face 3-in-1 jacket in 2019, wore it for 5 years and loved it so much, I decided to buy it again. The newer version of the jacket is a huge disappointment - missing the extra pockets from my previous jacket and the fabric feels so cheap and basic in comparison - like a Walmart version of my old jacket. The sizing is also two sizes smaller - got the exact same size but this one is tight/too small, where the previous one was roomy and comfortable. I'll give two stars because the 3 in 1 jacket is a great concept and the inner jacket was ok.

I've had better
Usually I don't buy from north face. Wanted to try, and it wasn't really worth the price. Thoughts..... Size is fit so if you want it to be loose size one up. And it's not really warm or windproof, it's okay.

Size up 1 or 2 sizes
Runs very small. Not very flattering when it does not fit as sized/as the model. The inside sweater is so soft and warm!

This jacket is very versatile and I would buy it again
I love this jacket. I recently brought it with me on a trip to a very cold Central Europe and used it daily. I really like how easy it is to remove the fleece liner to wear alone and how easy it was to zip it back into the outer shell. I am very satisfied with this North Face product.

Is not waterproof and is not warm
From the first time I wore this jacket, it was not waterproof. It was a light drizzle out and it still soaked through. When I tried this jacket in 60 degree dry weather the inner jacket did not keep me warm. I had to wear a sweater under and over it. I attempted a return and they would not allow it even though their product is faulty. I will never buy this brand again.
