Here's what customers have to say
The sleeping pad is lightweight and compact, making it easy to transport. Users find it comfortable, providing good insulation and cushioning. Some report the pad is durable and works well as a base layer under an inflatable pad. A few would prefer a wider, longer, and more padded version, but overall the product is considered an excellent affordable option for cold weather camping and backpacking.

Great for summer trips. Very light weight. I didn't notice a difference at all with it on my pack vs not. Keeps the ground from sucking out all of your body heat.

ok. so I absolutely detest creeping ground chill. So I dislike cold-wet. Tough. I also very much dislike punctures; VERY! I use this item between tent floor and my more expensive high R inflatable pad. Yes, I have to carry TWO pads, but I do not like The Cold. this item protects inflatable pad. Am a 119 lb, female, veteran of many Long Trails and bike backing. I do find a way and have carefully observed others, as I never, ever compromise on good sleep.

Need Wider Pad
Please make a 25x72 pad to accommodate people who use these under wider sleeping pads.

Z Lite SOL is worth the buy
The sleeping pad is an ideal base pad for putting a thermarest on top of. The Z Lite SOL sleeping pad is super light weight, provides insulation between the cold snow/ice at base camp and eliminates the feel of rocks and uneven ground through the thermarest. It's my go to set at base camp for mountain adventures.

Camo pattern or olive green colour desired
It’s a good sleeping pad but I had to spray paint it so it wouldn’t be so bright and obvious. Because it is so big, it had to be packed on the outside of the backpack, but being on a hunting trip, I didn’t want to give out location away either. Needless to say, spray painting it wasn’t my favourite option, but that’s what needed to happen to allow the Z-lite to make the trip at all. Comfort-wise, I’m glad I brought it. In the mtns it sure helped keep the cold at bay and provide a small layer of cushion between me and the ground underneath my ultralight thermarest. My hunting companions were jealous.
