Wanderlust 9” short

Inconsistent sizing. I had a pair of size 36 TM shorts in my closet that fit perfectly so I ordered 2 pair of the same size on another order. When I tried them on they were significantly smaller and returned them for size 38s. When I received the 2 pair in that size one pair fit okay and the other size was so big I had to return that pair. Very disappointed that I can’t find a pair like the first one I purchased.
