I prefer the stem mount
I prefer the stem mount because it leaves more room on my handlebars if I want to install a front pack or lights. Works great!

Product works fine but it
Product works fine but it works better on round, standard size stems. On an oversize steer tube that is flat the rubber part that is curved to fit a standard stem makes the mount not exactly flush. I specifically have a Giant TCR and it works fine but it's not completely flush with the stem.
